Shipping

We aim to offer free shipping for our products to most countries worldwide.

Orders are shipped from our New Delhi studio in India, via reliable courier services.

Payment is accepted via all major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa and American Express) for international transactions.

For transactions in India, payments can be made using Debit, Credit Cards or Net Banking across major Indian banks.
As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ website.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of order placement.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Please note, no refunds will be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address or in the event that the package is refused by the recipient. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping within India

Orders within India will be sent via courier. Once your order is shipped please allow 2-3 business days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach their destination.

Shipping to United States

Orders to any destination in the contiguous US will be sent via courier (FedEx/UPS). Once your order is shipped, please allow 7-12 business days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach their destination.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Further, we currently do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Me&K is not responsible for shipment delays due to weather conditions, Covid, and delays related to customs clearance.

Any duties and taxes for international shipments will be paid for by Me&K.

Shipping to Rest of World

International orders will be sent via courier (FedEx/UPS/ARAMEX). Once your order is shipped, please allow 10-15 business days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach their destination.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 48 hours of placing the order at [email protected] stating your order number as the subject of the email. The payment will be returned within 30 days, by the same mode as received. Cancellation requests received later than 48 hours after placing an order will not be processed. Exchange & Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques. Any minor variations in weave, dye or design are not imperfections but a hallmark of each individually crafted piece, adding to its unique character and charm.

All sales are final. However, if the product is wrongfully shipped by us (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), short-shipped or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will extend full or partial refund or offer an exchange.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately at [email protected] and we get back to you within 24 hours to review the matter.

Eligible items must be returned within 21 days of purchase for a refund or credit.

Return eligibility for either return credit or a refund is determined only after we receive the item and confirm that it is unworn and unused. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Online Returns Process for US orders only:

If your item is eligible for return, log-in to your order history on our website and select “return item(s)”and follow the instructions:-

  • From your ‘order history’, please select the item(s) that you would like to return, as well as the reason for return
  • Then, select from the following options:
  1. Full refund amount in Merchandise Credit (This Merchandise Credit will never expire).
  2. Full refund to your original form of payment. (Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • After you have completed the return process online, print the return label and return form.
  • Pack items to be returned and the return form inside an appropriate shipping box and seal.
  • Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest UPS location.
  • Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
  • At any point, you may check the status of your return online in your order history.
