Exchange & Returns

 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

 

All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques. Any minor variations in weave, dye or design are not imperfections but a hallmark of each individually crafted piece, adding to its unique character and charm.

 

All sales are final. However, if the product is wrongfully shipped by us (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), short-shipped or has a genuine quality/ manufacturing defect then we will extend full or partial refund or offer an exchange.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately at info@meank.com and we get back to you within 24 hours to review the matter.

 

Eligible items must be returned within 21 days of purchase for a refund or credit.

 

Return eligibility for either return credit or a refund is determined only after we receive the item and confirm that it is unworn and unused. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

 

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
